The referral waits on a document.
The facility sent half the packet. The rest is in someone's inbox, and nobody can say what is still missing.
OS move: readiness checklist with an ownerBehavioral Health OS
A pre-wired operating layer for the work around care: referrals waiting on records, intake that is almost ready, missed visits, testing follow-up, consent changes, coverage exceptions and aftercare. Every item gets a status, a named owner and the evidence behind it. Your people still make every clinical and financial call.
Development release, demonstrated with synthetic data. It installs inactive and stays that way until your practice accepts it.
Built and demonstrated with synthetic data. Your accounts, owners and acceptance come before anything goes live.
You know this part
The referral came in without the records. Intake is almost ready. Someone missed a visit and nobody owns the call back. A consent changed, and the old release is still sitting in the folder. Every person on your team did their piece. You are still the one stitching the practice together.
The facility sent half the packet. The rest is in someone's inbox, and nobody can say what is still missing.
OS move: readiness checklist with an ownerCoverage, forms and consent live in different places. The appointment gets booked before anyone knows it can happen.
OS move: one readiness stateThe no-show gets noted. The recovery call depends on who remembers it on Friday afternoon.
OS move: recovery task on a clockThe release was prepared under the old permission. Sending it now is a disclosure problem, not a filing problem.
OS move: hold until reviewedThe visit count was in the billing system. The renewal date was in somebody's head.
OS move: exception with evidence attachedThe transition is approved, and then the handoff to the next setting goes quiet with nobody confirming it landed.
OS move: open until acknowledgedWhat gets pre-wired
This is not a folder of prompts. It is an installable operating layer with 48 workflows already shaped around how a behavioral health practice runs. The full guide maps every trigger, outcome, staff decision and exception. Here is the short version.
Inquiries become traceable next steps. Referrals collect authorized records, duplicates get caught and admission waits on the people who decide clinical fit.
Scheduling, missed-visit recovery and care-plan tasks stay owned. A paid QbCheck order has its own path into assignment and result follow-up, with no appointment required first.
Authorizations, claim preparation and denials surface as exceptions with evidence. Transfers and aftercare stay open until the receiving side confirms.
Current consent is checked at the disclosure boundary. Safety signals get a named owner. Staff readiness, credentials and review routines stay visible, and outgoing communication waits for approval.
See the work move
Pick a journey and step through it. Each step shows what the operating layer handles and the decision that stays with a named person. These are illustrative walkthroughs of the implemented journeys, with no patient data.
An inquiry becomes an owned next step, with coverage, visit readiness and follow-up visible the whole way.
Logs the call or form as a traceable inquiry and routes it using your published service information.
Your front desk decides what to tell the caller and whether the practice is the right fit.
Built around the tools you already run
Behavioral Health OS does not replace your EHR or assume which one you use. It coordinates the work around your clinical record, phones, forms, scheduling, testing and billing.
Every connection goes live the same honest way, one gate at a time. Until it clears the last one, the workflow runs on a file or human fallback, and the screen says so.
No live integration is claimed on this page. Every connection starts at day one, on your accounts.
Readiness you can actually see
Every workflow carries its current state, the evidence still missing and the named person who has to sign off. If something is missing, activation stays off. You see the gap instead of discovering it with a patient on the line.
This is a visible control surface and activation gate. It is not a certification, and it does not replace your practice's own clinical, privacy, security or legal review.
Always a person's call
Why a build pack exists
A normal custom build starts with discovery, data models, workflows, controls and testing. The expensive part is that every practice starts from zero.
We built the repeatable behavioral health foundation once. Your build starts with the vertical already tooled, then maps the last mile around your practice, your programs and your people.
The complete vertical build
Tier 2 is the full general-purpose AIOS system. Behavioral Health OS is the vertical that sits on top of it, with its own entitlement. Owning Blueprint alone does not unlock it, and every download is checked against a valid license, the licensed tier and this specific pack.
Your records and business state remain yours through updates and recovery.
Configurations, workflows and content you create belong to your business.
Licensed to your business for its own use, not transferred outright.
Third-party subscriptions stay with the providers you choose.
From build to your practice
The foundation is already built. What is left is the part only your practice can supply: your accounts, your people and your sign-off.
We review your programs, settings, systems and the handoffs that break most often.
Confirm what each account allows, assign real owners and set up the workflows around your procedures.
Qualified reviewers and a second operator run the real practice path and record the result.
Only the accepted workflows turn on. Anything still missing stays visible with the reason.
Straight answers
No. Your clinical record stays authoritative. Behavioral Health OS coordinates the work around it and your other tools. What each account supports gets confirmed before any workflow connects. No EHR replacement or automatic migration is assumed.
Not by default. The workflows and journeys are implemented and demonstrated with synthetic data. This development release installs inactive. Your account evidence, qualified review and operator acceptance come first, and only accepted workflows activate.
The journeys cover both: an outpatient path from inquiry to follow-up, and a referral path through admission, care coordination, transition and aftercare. Your specific programs, levels of care and payers are mapped during setup.
Your authorized people. Treatment, clinical signatures, admission and discharge, money actions and disclosures stay with them. The system prepares the work, keeps it owned and shows the evidence and the open decision.
A paid QbCheck testing order has its own path into assignment and result follow-up. An appointment is not required first.
Workflow code, contracts, schemas, skills, configuration templates, the operator workspace, a persistent runtime, synthetic fixtures, runbooks and install, update, rollback and recovery tooling. It is delivered as a versioned private release through the AIOS license gate.
Scope and pricing are agreed after we review your practice, your existing AIOS license, your vendor accounts, implementation needs and support. There is no checkout on this page.
Yes. The public guide and PDF explain the product with illustrative examples. Software files, credentials and private practice material are separate from it.
