The AIOS Blueprint Labor Day Giveaway

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Last updated August 26, 2026

1.Sponsor

This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored and administered by 443 Innovative Solutions LLC, 20 S Charles St, Ste 403 #2947, Baltimore, MD 21201 (the "Sponsor"), which operates AIOS Blueprint. Questions about these rules go to mike@aiosblueprint.com.

The Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Anthropic, Zoom, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, Circle, or any online community, group, or event in which it is shared or announced. Every one of those platforms and communities is released by each entrant in connection with this Giveaway.

2.Eligibility

3.Entry period

The Giveaway begins on August 26, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time and ends on September 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). The Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper. Entries submitted or recorded outside the Entry Period are void.

4.How to enter, and how to earn additional entries

Standard entry (1 entry). During the Entry Period, complete the free entry form at aiosblueprint.com/labor-day/enter with the requested information, including a valid email address and mobile number. A completed form is one (1) entry. Limit one standard entry per person. Duplicate submissions from the same person are consolidated into a single entry.

Bonus entries for live attendance (10 additional entries per qualifying session, no cost). An entrant who has submitted the entry form and who then attends one of the Sponsor's free live online sessions during the Entry Period, and who remains present for at least twenty (20) cumulative minutes of that session, receives ten (10) additional entries for that session. Qualifying sessions are AI Agent Wednesdays and Saturday Office Hours held during the Entry Period. Attendance and duration are determined solely from the meeting platform's participant report, matched to the email address used to enter. Bonus entries are credited after the session ends.

No automated, scripted, robotic, or bulk entries. Entries generated by any means other than a person completing the form themselves are void. Attempting to enter more than once by using multiple email addresses, phone numbers, or identities will void all of that person's entries.

5.Prizes

Fourteen (14) prizes will be awarded:

PrizeWinnersWhat it isARV each
Grand prize 1 One (1) AIOS Blueprint Tier 1 agent system license, as described at aiosblueprint.com at the time of the drawing, plus one (1) sixty-minute installation and setup session with Mike Davis conducted online. $2,500
Second prize 3 One (1) website, designed and built by the Sponsor, consisting of a single-site build to the Sponsor's standard scope, including copy, structure, imagery, and mobile layout, with one round of revisions. $1,250
Third prize 10 One (1) written workflow build specification covering a single business process nominated by the winner, mapped end to end, delivered as a document. $250

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $8,750. Approximate retail values are stated as of August 26, 2026.

What prizes do not include. Prizes do not include any third-party subscription, model provider account, hosting, domain registration, telephony, or software required to operate the prize, all of which remain the winner's own choice and expense. Prizes do not include ongoing support beyond what is described, and do not include cash. The second-prize website build does not include domain purchase, ongoing hosting fees, paid stock licensing, or e-commerce or membership functionality unless the Sponsor agrees otherwise in writing.

No substitution or transfer by a winner. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the extent permitted by law.

Winner cooperation. Second and third prizes require the winner to supply the information the Sponsor needs to produce them, such as business details and content. If a winner does not respond to reasonable requests for that information within thirty (30) days, the Sponsor may treat the prize as forfeited.

6.Odds of winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Because entrants may earn additional entries as described in Section 4, an entrant with more entries has a proportionally greater chance of being selected. As an illustration only: if 1,000 total entries are received, the odds of any single entry being drawn for a given prize are 1 in 1,000.

7.Drawing and notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries on or about September 7, 2026 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time. The drawing may be recorded or streamed. The grand prize is drawn first, then the three second prizes, then the ten third prizes. No entrant may win more than one prize.

Winners will be notified using the email address and phone number provided at entry, within approximately forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing. A potential winner must respond and confirm acceptance within five (5) days of the first notification attempt. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within that period, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn from the remaining eligible entries, time permitting.

The Sponsor may require a potential winner to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release before a prize is awarded.

8.Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where required, the Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to a winner for the stated approximate retail value of the prize, and the winner will be asked to supply a valid taxpayer identification number for that purpose. Winners should consult their own tax advisor.

9.Use of your information, and messages you will receive

Information submitted with an entry is collected by the Sponsor and used to administer the Giveaway, and to contact winners. By entering, you agree that the Sponsor may contact you by email about this Giveaway and about the Sponsor's products and services.

Text messages are opt-in. You will only receive text messages if you tick the consent box at entry. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of entering, except that a mobile number is required so a winner can be reached; an entrant who prefers not to receive texts may email the Sponsor to enter by other arrangement.

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by emailing mike@aiosblueprint.com. Opting out after entering does not remove your entry from the drawing. The Sponsor does not sell entrant information.

10.Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize is permission for the Sponsor to use a winner's name, city and state, business name, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. A winner may decline the use of their likeness by telling the Sponsor in writing before the prize is delivered; this does not affect their right to the prize.

11.General conditions and limitation of liability

The Sponsor may disqualify any person it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process, violated these rules, or acted in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or not recorded for any reason, or for technical failures of any kind, including failures of the entry form, the meeting platform's participant reporting, network, or email delivery.

If the Giveaway cannot be run as planned because of technical failure, tampering, or any cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control, the Sponsor may modify, suspend, or terminate it and award the prizes from among the eligible entries received up to that point.

By entering, each entrant releases the Sponsor and its owners, officers, and contractors from any liability for loss, injury, or damage arising out of participation in this Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

12.Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If a dispute arises out of this Giveaway, the parties will first try to resolve it through good-faith discussion for thirty (30) days. If that does not resolve it, the parties will attempt non-binding mediation before a mediator they choose together, with the mediator's fees split evenly, for a further thirty (30) days. If the dispute is still unresolved, it will be settled by binding private arbitration before a single neutral arbitrator selected jointly by the parties. If the parties cannot agree on an arbitrator, each nominates one candidate and those two nominees select the arbitrator. The arbitrator sets the procedure after consulting both sides. The seat of the arbitration is Baltimore, Maryland, or another location the parties agree on, and hearings may be held by video. The award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Either party may go to court solely to enter an award or to seek emergency injunctive relief.

13.Winners list

The names of the winners will be posted at aiosblueprint.com/labor-day after the drawing. For a written winners list, email mike@aiosblueprint.com with "Labor Day winners list" in the subject line, on or before October 7, 2026.
