Privacy Policy
The short version: the product runs on your machine. Your business data — your brain files, deals, documents, memory, API keys — lives on your computer and is never sent to us. The only thing the installed product ever transmits to us is a license-validation / update check. The website collects what a normal commerce site collects: purchase info, email, and analytics.
1. Information We Collect — Installed Product
- License & update checks: license key identifier, product version, and platform type — sent to aiosblueprint.com to validate activation and offer updates. That is the complete list.
- What it never sends us: your brain content, deal data, documents, contacts, messages, credentials, or AI conversation content. Those stay on your machine. Your AI requests go directly from your machine to your own AI provider (e.g., Anthropic) under your own account and their privacy terms.
2. Information We Collect — Website
- Purchases: name, email, and payment handled by Stripe (we never see full card numbers).
- Email: address and engagement when you join a list or buy; transactional and marketing email sent via Resend; unsubscribe is honored via the link in every marketing email.
- Customer records: purchase tier, contact info, and support history in Airtable (our customer system) and GoHighLevel (CRM).
- Community: if you join, your profile and activity live on Circle under their terms.
- Analytics / advertising: if you allow the relevant optional category, Google Analytics measures traffic and Meta Pixel and FirstPromoter measure campaigns, referrals, and verified conversions. Optional measurement tools do not load before consent, and you can reopen Privacy choices at any time.
- Error monitoring: Sentry receives privacy-scrubbed browser errors so we can fix broken pages. Session Replay and performance tracing are off, default personal-data collection is off, and request bodies, cookies, authorization headers, query strings, URL fragments, and common contact fields are removed before an error is sent.
- Hosting logs: standard server logs such as IP address and user agent may be processed by Vercel to host and secure the website.
- Affiliate program: referral clicks are recorded (affiliate code, timestamp, landing page) via FirstPromoter to credit partners.
3. How We Use Your Information
To deliver purchases and updates, validate licenses, provide support, run the community, pay affiliates, send email you've signed up for, measure advertising, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal information.
4. Processors We Use
Stripe (payments) · Vercel (hosting) · Sentry (privacy-scrubbed error monitoring) · Resend (email) · Airtable (records) · GoHighLevel (CRM) · Circle (community) · Meta (ad measurement) · Google (analytics) · FirstPromoter (affiliate tracking) · Keygen (license validation). Each processes data under its own agreement with us.
5. Retention
Purchase and license records are kept as long as needed for support, license enforcement, and tax/legal requirements. Email-list data is kept until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion of your data (subject to records we must keep for legal or financial reasons) at support@aiosblueprint.com.
6. Your Rights & Choices (Unsubscribe, Access, Update, Delete)
Unsubscribe from marketing at any time; request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information; disable the product's update checks (forfeiting updates). Depending on your state of residence (for example Maryland, California, Virginia, or Colorado), you may have additional rights under state privacy law — to exercise them, email support@aiosblueprint.com and we will verify and respond as required by the applicable law.
7. SMS & Text Messaging Program (Opt-In Details)
How you opt in
You opt in to text messages from AIOS Blueprint (a brand of 443 Innovative Solutions LLC) only by taking an affirmative step: entering your mobile number on one of our web forms and ticking the un-checked SMS consent box next to it, registering for a training or masterclass and agreeing to receive texts about it, booking a call and agreeing to reminders by text, or texting us first. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing anything from us. We record the date, time, form, and IP address of each opt-in.
What we send
Transactional and informational messages: registration confirmations, links to trainings you signed up for, reminders, confirmations and reminders for calls you have booked, and replies to questions you text us. Occasional marketing messages: invitations to free trainings and office hours, and offers related to the AIOS Blueprint program. Every message identifies AIOS Blueprint as the sender.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies; a typical contact receives between two and eight messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.
How to opt out (STOP) and get help (HELP)
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We send one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and then we do not text you again unless you opt back in. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at support@aiosblueprint.com or 443-243-2806. You can also update or delete your phone number by emailing us.
Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and most regional U.S. carriers.
No sharing of SMS opt-in information
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number, your text-message opt-in, or your SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and SMS consent are used only to deliver the messages described above, and are shared only with the service providers who send messages on our behalf (see “Processors We Use” above), who may not use it for anything else. This exclusion covers all categories of information described elsewhere in this policy.
8. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
The website uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site and checkout working. Optional analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, FirstPromoter) run only if you allow that category; they measure traffic, campaigns, referrals, and conversions. You can change your choice at any time through the cookie settings on the site or your browser controls. We do not use cookies to collect your mobile number, and no cookie or tracking technology creates an SMS opt-in.
9. Data Security
We protect personal information with access controls, encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for the website and our processors, least-privilege access for the few people who administer our systems, and vendor agreements with each processor listed above. License keys and customer records are stored with providers that maintain independent security programs. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as required by law.
10. Children
The product and site are for business use by adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes
We'll post updates here and notify customers of material changes by email.
