Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of aiosblueprint.com, purchases made through it, the AIOS Blueprint community, and the affiliate/partner program. The installed software is governed by the End User License Agreement; personal data by the Privacy Policy. Buying from or using the site means you accept these Terms.
1. Purchases & Tiers
- Tier contents, pricing, and what is live today versus rolling out are stated on the purchase page at the time of purchase. Features marked as rolling out are delivered when shipped, not on a guaranteed date.
- Founding-member commitment: customers who purchase a tier receive the modules of that tier as they ship, at no additional charge, for the life of that tier's support. Founding-member pricing locks the price paid; it does not obligate us to ship any feature not listed for that tier.
- Prices may change; changes never apply retroactively to completed purchases.
2. Refund Policy — 30-Day Guarantee
A 30-day money-back guarantee applies from the date of purchase. Install the product, run it on real tasks in your business — if it doesn't deliver for you within 30 days, contact support@aiosblueprint.com for a full refund.
Requesting a refund requires deletion of all product files from your devices and deactivation of your license key. Refunds are not available after the 30-day window. We may deny requests where evidence suggests extensive use inconsistent with the request, redistribution of product files, or abuse of the guarantee. Community access tied to a refunded purchase ends with the refund.
3. Accounts, License Keys & Downloads
Download links and license keys are for the purchaser only. You are responsible for keeping your key private. Sharing keys or product files triggers the EULA's enforcement terms (including liquidated damages).
4. Results Disclaimer
We sell software and education. We do not sell outcomes. Any examples of results, revenue, or time savings shown on the site are illustrations of what specific people did in specific circumstances — not promises of what you will earn or save. Your results depend on your business, your effort, and your implementation.
5. Community
Be useful, be respectful. No spam, no soliciting members for competing products, no sharing of product files (an EULA violation), no harassment. We may remove content or members at our discretion.
6. Affiliate / Partner Program
Affiliates earn commissions per the program page terms. No spam, no misleading claims, no earnings promises beyond approved program materials, no bidding on our brand terms, and mandatory disclosure of the affiliate relationship (FTC). Commissions on refunded purchases are reversed. We may modify or terminate the program prospectively at any time.
7. Acceptable Use of the Site
No scraping at scale, attacking, probing, or attempting to access other customers' data; no reposting site content commercially without permission.
8. Intellectual Property
Site content, branding, copy, and product marks (AIOS Blueprint™, Caviel™) are ours. Testimonials and community content remain their authors', with a license to us to display them.
9. Disclaimers; Liability
The site is provided AS-IS. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the site or these Terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim; no indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law; Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Baltimore, Maryland, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information. The prevailing party in any action to enforce these Terms recovers its reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.
11. SMS / Text Messaging Program
Program description. AIOS Blueprint (a brand of 443 Innovative Solutions LLC) offers an SMS program for people who opt in on our website forms or by texting us. Messaging use cases: registration confirmations and links for trainings and masterclasses you sign up for, reminders, confirmation and reminders for calls you book, replies to questions you text us, and occasional invitations and offers related to the AIOS Blueprint program.
Opt-in. You join only by an affirmative action such as ticking the un-checked SMS consent box on a form, registering for a training and agreeing to texts about it, or texting us first. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan.
Opt-out. Text STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
Help and support. Text HELP to any message for help, or contact support@aiosblueprint.com or 443-243-2806 (443 Innovative Solutions LLC, 20 S Charles St, Ste 403 #2947, Baltimore, MD 21201).
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.
Age restriction. The SMS program is intended for people 18 years of age or older. By opting in you confirm you are at least 18.
Privacy. How we collect, use, and protect your mobile information — including our commitment not to share SMS opt-in data with third parties — is described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes are notified by email and apply prospectively.
